About

Elisabeth Waters wearing a maroon jacket with her back to a stone wall looking up.

Singer/songwriter Elisabeth Waters' melancholic blend of old school jazz with modern R&B and pop transports listeners to smoke-filled clubs of days gone by. She has been performing throughout New England since 2015.

Her recent EP, Blue, documents the wide range of emotions experienced during a relationship and subsequent breakup. From unadulterated bliss to abject despair, she bares it all for the listeners.

Background

Born into a musical household, Elisabeth began using songwriting as an emotional outlet at a very young age. She was influenced by a wide variety of musicians such as Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse, Regina Spektor, George Gershwin, Sting, Sara Bareilles, and many more. She took lessons on piano, guitar, flute, and clarinet in addition to studying voice.

She went on to Berklee College of Music in 2015, where she studied Jazz Composition. Since her graduation she has remained in the Boston area, performing at clubs, restaurants, weddings, and more.
